Creamy Southwest Chicken Soup

| 1 can | black beans, drained |
| 1 can | corn, undrained |
| 1 can | diced tomatoes |
| 1 can | chicken broth |
| 1 can | diced green chiles |
| 1 package | dry ranch dressing |
| 1 1/2 tsp | cumin |
| 1 tbsp | chili powder |
| 1/2 | diced onion |
| 2 | chicken breasts |
| 1 8oz package | cream cheese |
Chips, grated cheese, cilantro, sour cream
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Put all ingredients except cream cheese in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Just before serving, add softened cream cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
Remove chicken and shred. Put back in slow cooker.
