Creamy Southwest Chicken Soup

1 can | black beans, drained |
1 can | corn, undrained |
1 can | diced tomatoes |
1 can | chicken broth |
1 can | diced green chiles |
1 package | dry ranch dressing |
1 1/2 tsp | cumin |
1 tbsp | chili powder |
1/2 | diced onion |
2 | chicken breasts |
1 8oz package | cream cheese |
Chips, grated cheese, cilantro, sour cream
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Put all ingredients except cream cheese in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Just before serving, add softened cream cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
Remove chicken and shred. Put back in slow cooker.
