Sausage Omelette

| 1 fully cooked sausage patty thawed and diced | |
| 1 slice | smoked Gouda, (castle Wood brand) diced |
| 1 slice | Swiss cheese diced |
| 1 slice | American cheese |
| Salt | |

3 pats butter
Siracha-Cha-Cha
Melt butter and render sausage over medium high heat (8) until crisp.
Reduce heat to medium (6) and add eggs. Redistribute sausage if necessary. Coat the bottom of skillet with egg and let cook 1/2 min.
Add cheeses to eggs. Add a few drops of Siracha and cover until eggs are cooked. Fold omelette over and enjoy.
