1 teaspoon | salt |
1 Cup | milk scolded |
1/2 cup | butter |
4 oz | Cream cheese with chives and onion |

Parmesan cheese |
Few dabs of butter
Directions: Cook potatoes. Whip butter and potatoes. Whip in remaining ingredients. Butter casserole dish. Place potatoes in a dish. Top with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and a few dabs of butter. refrigerate at least overnight bring to room temperature and cook for about 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes 8 to 10 servings
