Mexican pizza pie

| 1 lb | beef or turkey burger |
| 1/2 C | diced onion |
| 1 pk | taco seasoning mix |
| 2 C | shredded cheddar |
| 1 can | refried beans, (heat to spread easier) |
| 1 C | prepared rice |
| 1/2 can | drained Mx blend corn |
| 4-5 large | flour tortillas, (I'd use corn) |
| 8 oz | thick chunky salsa |
Spray round casserole dish
Brown ground beef and onion, drain
Add taco season mix and prepare as directed on pk
Cover bottom of pan with tortilla and cover with 1/3 can of refried beans, 1/3 meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
2nd layer: tortilla, 1/2 the rice, 1/2 salsa, 1/2 the corn and cheese
3rd layer: tortilla, 1/3 beans, 1/3 meat then cheese
Layer 4: tortilla, beans, meat, corn, rice, salsa and cheese to top
Bake covered with foil at 350 for about 40 mins.
Uncover and bake 15 mins longer. Let it set for 10 minutes before cutting.
Serve with avocado, cilantro, sour cream, chopped red onion, or lettuce if desired.
