1 pound | cooked bacon, (sausage or ham can be substituted) |
2 dozen eggs (you can use slightly more or less depending what consistency you would like the casserole to be) | |
2 cups | shredded Cheese, (to taste – more or less can be used) 1 medium onion chopped |
In crock pot layer the hash browns, bacon, onion and cheese. Repeat 3 times. Pour eggs over top and cook on low overnight.
