Black bean Casserole Ole

| 1T | olive oil |
| 1 c | chopped onion |
| 3/4 c + 2 T (4 1/2 oz) | yellow cornmeal |
| 2 t | chili powder |
| 1 3/4 c | skim milk |
| 1/4 c | shredded low fat cheese |
| 1 lb | can of kernel corn, rinsed and drained |
| 1 lb can | stewed tomatoes |
| 1 4 oz can | chopped green chilies |
| 1 1 lb can | black beans, rinsed and drained |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with Pam.
Combine all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl. Mix well and then place in prepared pan. Sprinkle cheese on top .
Bake forn45 minutes.
