    4  eggs,, (whites separated from yolks)
    1 tsp  vanilla extract
    3/4 cup  sugar
    1 stick  butter, melted, 125gm
    3/4 cup  all purpose flour
    2 cups  warm milk
      Icing sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 160'.
Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm baking dish.
Bear egg whites until stiff. Set aside.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light.
Add butter and vanilla. Beat for two minutes.
Add the flour and mix.
Slowly add the milk.
Add the egg whites a third at a time folding in using a spatula.
Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 60minutes.
Cool and dust with icing sugar.
