    1 C  low fat plain yogurt
    2 tsp  fresh orange juice
    Zest of 1  orange
    4 med  peaches
      nectarines, alternative
    3 Tbsp  maple syrup

Serves 4. total cook time 1 hour 10 min. cook time 10 min

Line a strainer with 2 sheets of unbleached paper towels or cheesecloth and set over a bowl. Place yogurt in strainer and set aside in refrigerator for 1 hour, until yogurt is slightly thickened. Discard liquid. Combine strained yogurt, orange juice and zest; set aside.
Preheat grill pan over med-high heat.
Cut fruit in half and remove pit.
Grill fruit, cut side down, until softened, about 5 min
Divide fruit evenly among 4 plates and top with yogurt mixture and 2 1/4 tsp maple syrup.
