2 oz. | London dry gin |
1 oz. | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | superfine sugar, (OR 1 oz. simple syrup: boiled, equal parts sugar/water mixture) |

Directions
In a glass 3/4 filled with ice, combine your gin and lemon juice.
Add sugar or simple syrup and mix well.
Pour in club soda. (As much or as little as your prefer.)
Stir well and garnish with lemon slice (and cherry).
To make it a Gin Fizz: Shake gin, lemon juice, sugar and ice for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled Collins glass.
