French Bread

1c | water or whey |
2 1/2 c | bread flour |
1 Tbs | sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
2 tsp | active dry yeast |
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread maker. Let rise 30 min when cycle is complete. Punch down and shape in baguettes. Let rise another 40 min, brush with egg white and cook at 375 for 20 min.
