Veggie San Choi Bow

Vermicelli noodles
Food process main ingredients until crumbly or grate. Heat a few tbsp oil on high heat in big frypan and fry everything until soft and golden. You want the mix to be moist but not wet. Add a few tbsp of each sauce to taste. Break up and cook vermicelli noodles, drain and add to veg mix. Serve in lettuce cups with a squeeze of lime. Also very yum leftover as a cold salad with chopped cucumber and avo added.
