Mozzarella Cheese Sauce

1/4 C | cashews, raw |
1 C | hot water |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
1 small clove | garlic |
3/4 tsp | salt |
2 Tbsp | Tapioca flour, (=1 Tbsp arrowroot) |
Optional-olive oil
Optional-nutritional yeast (pinch)
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a sauce pan.
Heat over MH & stir constantly.
Mixture will turn clumpy. Then turn into a big blob.
When it's a blob it's ready to use for pizza or quesadilla or sandwhich.
