Crockpot Chicken Dinner Freezer Packs

6 Small | Red Potatoes, (halved) |
1 Cup | Baby Carrots |
1 | onion, quartered |
1/2 Cup | Chicken Broth |
Salt, Pepper and Poultry Seasoning to Taste | |
2 lbs | Boneless Skinless Thighs |
4 sprigs | rosemary |
Optional: 1 tsp Freeze Dried Garlic
Instructions (adapted)
1. Place a freezer bag in a large bowl and place veggies (except potatoes) in the bag.
2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, poutlry seasoning, rosemaru, /garlic.
3. Add chicken to freezer bag and pour chicken broth over chicken.
4. Close bag and shake/smoosh well to combine the flavors.
5. Unzip bag slightly to remove as much air as possible.
6. Freeze flat on a cookie sheet and then transfer to freezer shelf.
To prepare: Either thaw in refrigerator night before and cook on low (add potatoes) for 5-6 hours OR run frozen bag under faucet briefly to loosen food from bag and place contents (add potatoes) in slow cooker frozen cooking on low for 6-8 hours.
