Potato salad recipe Marcel

9 large | potatoes |
1 | softened cream cheese |
1cup | sour cream |
2 tsp | onion salt |
1 tsp | salt |
Dash | pepper |
2tblsp | butter |
1 | beaten egg |
Cook potato in water halves or quarters until cooked. Then drain water. Mash them and add everything. Beat until fluffy. Let cool. Place in large greased casserole. Dot wit butter. Cover and refridgerate. Freeze for no more than five days. Put in 350 for 30 minutes uncovered.
