PIZZA - Cinnamon Twists

CINNAMON TWISTS | |
12-16 ounces | Pizza Dough |
1/2 cup | Granulated Sugar |
2 teaspoons | Ground Cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon | Cracked Black Pepper |
Pinch | Salt |
Melted Butter, (for brushing) |
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Whisk together the Sugar, Cinnamon, Pepper and Salt in a medium bowl.
Roll the Pizza Dough out on a lightly floured surface with a floured rolling pin. The dough should be in a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Brush the entire surface of the dough with Butter and sprinkle the Cinnamon Sugar mixture over all of the dough. Cut dough in half, lengthwise. Cut widthwise into 1/2 inch strips of dough.
Twist each strip multiple times and lay onto a parchment lined sheet tray, leaving a few inches between each twist.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until pale golden and the dough is cooked through.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
