| 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 2 tbsp | Dijon mustArd |

Preheat oven to 500
Tap salmon dry and add salt and pepper
Combine dressing
Pour 3/4 over. Fish
Bake 15 min uncovered
Then brush w remaining mixture
