Fluffy Tapioca Cream Mix in medium saucepan and let stand for 5 minutes: | |
2 cups | milk |
1 | egg yolk |
2 Tbsp | sugar |
Beat 1 egg white with electric mixer on high speed until foamy
gradually add 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar until soft peaks form.
Cook Tapioca mixture on medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in egg white mixture until well blended. Stir in 1 tsp. vanilla.
Makes 6 servings
