Bruschetta Chicken Bake

6OZ. | PACKAGE OF STOVE TOP STUFFING |
CUP | WATER |
CLOVES | GARLIC MINCED |
½ LB. | BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS CUT IN BITE SIZE PIECES |
TSP. | DRIED BASIL |
CUP | SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE |
Preheat oven to 400*F. Place tomatoes with their liquid in a mixing bowl. Add stuffing mix water & garlic. Stir just until stuffing is moistened. Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish; sprinkle with basil & cheese. Top with the stuffing mix.
Bake for thirty min.
