      Bacon, Egg & Cheese Burger
Contributed by: Michael Symon Just because this burger has an egg on it doesn't mean it's a breakfast food (but it's so good you might not care)! ingredients

Curtis' Burger Toppings:
      Gorgonzola Cheese,, (crumbled)
Aioli
      Arugula
      Fried Egg
Mexican Hot Sauce Pickled Red Onions Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. If you’re not using an outdoor grill, preheat a secondary grill pan over medium heat. Gently mix together all three of the ground meats. Divide the mixture in to 4 equal sections and lightly form in to burgers, being careful not to pack too tightly. Season both sides of the burgers with a good amount of Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper. When your first grill pan is hot, place the burgers on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, trying to only flip them once. When they are cooked to your desired temperature, add the Cheese and cook for another minute or so until it is melted. In the meantime, spread the Mayo on the cut side of the buns and place them on the secondary grill pan to toast. Begin to build the burgers by placing one on each bun and topping with 2 pieces of Bacon, some Pickled Red Onion and a Fried Egg. For Yvette's Toppings: Melt the Cheese on the cooked burger patty. Spread the sandwich dressing on the top bun and place a few slices of Bacon and heaping spoonful of Sautéed Mushroom on the burger to serve.
