| 1 cp | sugar 1 cp rice 1 tsp vanilla 4 eggs at room temp |
Cook rice, milk, vanilla on simmer for 1 hr stirring occasionally. Beat eggs with cinnamon and brown sugar to taste. Add hot mixture to bring temp up add mixture to rice stirring for 10 mins
