Paleo Balsamic-Glazed Black-Pepper Salmon

1/2 cup | balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon | honey |
4 (8-ounce) | salmon fillets |
• Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste | |
1 tablespoon | olive oil |
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Mix the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
Season the salmon fillets with the sea salt and freshly ground pepper; brush with the honey-balsamic glaze.
Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the salmon fillets, cooking for 3–4 minutes on each side until lightly browned and medium rare in the center.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 4.
