Boneless skinless thin chicken cutlets, marinate in soy sauce. Dip each piece in egg wash Shake with: | |
1/2 | Flour |
1tsp | pepper |
1tsp | paprika |
Heat oil in large skillet, add two tablespoons butter till melted, add breaded cutlets.
Brown both sides then place in 350' oven to keep warm.
Add two tablespoons butter to pan drippings till bubbly.
Add two tablespoons of leftover flour mixture till smooth.
Add two cups of milk, with two chicken bouillon cubes
Heat till thick and bubbly
Return cutlets to pan, turn, simmer till thickens.
Serve with mashed potatoes and cauliflower.
