Roasted Garlic

twice as many whole bulbs of garlic as you think you will need
twice as many slices of bread as you think you will need, toasted as needed
Cut the top of the garlic bulbs off. Wrap in foil. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes
in 350 degree oven or until bulbs of garlic are soft. Toast bread. Remove
foil and squeeze a whole bulb of garlic over each slice of toast. The taste
is incredible and not at all typically garlicky. Any leftover garlic can be
covered tightly and refrigerated for a week or frozen for about a month.
