Easter Eggs

5 drops | Food coloring, for each color desired |

Directions:
1. Place eggs in enough cold water to cover completely, bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Reduce heat to a lower medium boil and cook and additional 12 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and immediately place eggs under ICED COLD water to chill for a few minutes to help the yolks stay bright yellow.
3. Place egg (with spoon) in a small deep bowl or glass (one for each color desired) with ¾ c. warm water, 5 drops food coloring, and 2 t. vinegar.
4. Remove after 2-4 minutes (until desired color). Dry with a fresh paper towel. Refrigerate promptly and always keep at or below 45 degrees until ready to use.
