    1 pound  ground beef
    1 medium  onion, chopped
    1/2 cup  celery, chopped
    1 teaspoon  salt
    1/2 teaspoon  pepper
    1/2 teaspoon  sugar
    1 teaspoon  chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon  cayenne pepper
    1 large can  hot chilli beans
    1/2 cup  catsup
    1 cup  water

DIRECTIONS:
Cook beef until lightly browned. Push to one side of pan. Add onion and celery. Cook until soft.
Drain excess fat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and simmer 30-45 minutes.

Serve with cornbread. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and green onions
