Make 6 servings Ingredients: | |
1 head | Romaine lettuce |
1 clove | Garlic |
2 C. | Cooked ham strips |
8 oz. | Sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into strips |
3 | Eggs, boiled and sliced |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Rub salad bowl with cut clove of garlic.
2. Separate leaves of head of lettuce. Arrange in bowl, lining sides.
3. Top lettuce with ham, cheese, and eggs.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Top with dressing of your choice.
