Cheesy Vegetable Soup

"Our leader gave us the recipe for this soup a few weeks ago, and I love it! It's what we call a "dumper", meaning you open a can or bag and dump it in the pot! Those are great when you're tired and don't feel like making much effort to fix supper."
    2 lb  frozen veggies, your choice--California Medley is good
    3 cans  Fat-Free Chicken Broth
    10 oz.  Light Velveeta
    1 can  rotel tomatoes, optional

Dump all ingredients in the pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add 10 oz of Light Velveeta in small pieces (to melt faster).
When it's melted in, you're ready to eat.
I don't even need crackers with this.
