| 3 teaspoons | pesto |
| 3 tablespoons | tomato sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | olive oil |
| 2 | tomatoes |
| Salt | |
| pepper | |
| 150gm | cheddar cheese |
Roll dough out into a rectangle 40cm x 25 cm
Mix pesto, tomato sauce, and oil in a bowl.
Spread over dough.
Chop tomatoes and sprinkle over sauce.
Grate cheese and sprinkle over tomatoes.
Roll dough up and then cut into 22 slices.
Arrange the slices side by side on a baking tray.
Heat oven to 200' and bake for 20-25minutes.
