Bannockburn School Hot Dog Stew

| In a crock pot combine | |
| 4-5 package | Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs cross cut a 1, 2" thick |
| Washed Yukon Gold Potatoes cut in bite sized pieces 4-5 celery ribs cross cut 1/4" thick | |
| 2 small | onions course chopped |
| 4-5 medium | carrots,, (peeled and Cross cut) or medium package of baby snack carrots |
Add V8 juice to cover ingredients
Cook on low or high until potatoes and carrots are tender
Serves 4 to 6
