| Large | white mushrooms, (from Costco) |
| 3 large | scoops of cream cheese |
| 1 large | spoon of diced garlic |
| 2 HUGE scoops of fresh bacon bits | |
| Grated cheese | |
Take your mushrooms and clean gently with a paper towel then pop the stems out. In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, garlic and bacon bits. Mix well and stuff the mushrooms. Place them on a metal cooking sheet and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. After removing from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve warm.
