Ingredients
    1 1/2-lb  beef boneless round, tip or chuck steak, about 3/4 inch thick
    3 tablespoons  all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon  ground mustard
    1/2 teaspoon  salt
    2 tablespoons  vegetable oil
    1 can (14.5 oz)  stewed tomatoes
    2 cloves  garlic, finely chopped
    1 cup  beef broth
    1 large  onion, sliced
    1 large  bell pepper, sliced

Combine flour,mustard,salt & pepper. Dredge meat in mixture & pound in with meat tenderizer pounder. Brown on both sides. Sauté onions & peppers,add garlic when onions & peppers are almost done. Add tomatoes & simmer for 1 hr. Serve w/ mashed potatoes.
