Dumpling dough 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix | |
2/3 cup | milk |
Potato broth | |
4 medium large | potatoes cubed |
1 quart | water |
1 quart | milk |
1 large | onion, thinly sliced & sauted |
3 tbsp. | flour |
3 tbsp | butter |
salt, to taste | |
pepper, to taste |
Make roux w/ butter & flour.add rest of ingredients. Bring to simmer Drop spoonfuls of dumpling dough into broth, Cover Pan & do not lift lid until done
Simmer for 15 minutes.
