| 4 bananas, cut into 2 inch pieces and frozen ***each banana will be approx. 4 pieces *if you have bananas getting too ripe and no use for them now---freeze them and use later. If you cut the bananas into 2 inch pieces, all you need to do is count out 4 pieces for each banana you need And proceed with whatever recipe you are making. Let the frozen pieces thaw before including in your recipe. | |

Add PNB and purée until smooth and creamy.
Place in a shallow tray and freeze for several hours.
