CRAB CAKES

1 | bell pepper, roasted |
1 | lemon, halved |
2 Tblsp. | fresh parsley, chopped |
20 Ritz crackers, crushed | |
2 Tblsp. | Old Bay Seasoning |
1 or 2 Tblsp. | Worcestershire sauce |
2. Tblsp. egg yolk | |
2 Tblsp. | mayonnaise |
1 Tblsp. | dry mustard |
1 Tblsp. | Dijon mustard |
1 lb. | crab meat |
Set oven to 350F.
Put all ingredients in a bowl, and with hands mix well.
Form into patties about 2-2 1/2 inches wide.
Place patties on a cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
