EDIBLE CHRISTMAS TREE

Stand the pineapple on flat surface and peel downward from top to bottom all the way around the pineapple
Slice a round at least 1/2 inch thick from the bottom of the pineapple. It needs to be thick enough to stand on its side without dropping.
Trim and shape this round Into a star for the tree-top. Place aside, with 3 or 4 toothpicks for attachment to tree top,when tree is decorated.
Cut top and bottom from the pear and attach pear to pineapple with toothpicks.
With more toothpicks, attach 2 rows of strawberries around the bottom of the pineapple.
Follow with 1 layer of Kiwi slices around.
Then add layers of
1. blackberries
2. Grape tomatoes
3. 2 layers of grapes
4. 1 layer cucumber slices
5. 1 layer of raspberries last
Thinly slice different colors bell pepper and halve them.
Place the pepper halves to resemble garland on the tree.
Arrange and attach the star with toothpicks on top of tree.
Great centerpiece and appetizer for
Christmas celebration.
