| 2 sticks | unsalted butter, soft |
| 1/2 c. | diced fully ripe strawberries or fruit of choice |
| 1/4 c. | xxxx sugar, (4 Tblsp.) |
Add butter to mixing bowl and cream.
Pour in the fruit and continue to cream until fruit is incorporated and mixture is smooth and tinted to fruit color.
Add the sugar and continue to cream and whip till smooth.
