Layered Green Salad
    2 heads  Iceberg lettuce, chopped Sprinkle lettuce with Salt & Pepper
    8  hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1 package  bacon, cooked and chopped 4 tomatoes, chopped
    1 bunch  green onions, chopped
    1 1/2 cups  cheddar cheese, grated
    1 bag  frozen peas, thawed, (uncooked)
Directions 1. Layer ingredients in order in bowl. 2. This salad looks great in a Trifle Bowl. 3. Cover salad with mayonnaise mixture like you are frosting a
      cake, (about 1” thick).

4. Chill overnight.
5. Toss the next day, just before serving.
