LETTUCE - Layered Green Salad

Layered Green Salad | |
2 heads | Iceberg lettuce, chopped Sprinkle lettuce with Salt & Pepper |
8 | hard boiled eggs, chopped |
1 package | bacon, cooked and chopped 4 tomatoes, chopped |
1 bunch | green onions, chopped |
1 1/2 cups | cheddar cheese, grated |
1 bag | frozen peas, thawed, (uncooked) |
Directions 1. Layer ingredients in order in bowl. 2. This salad looks great in a Trifle Bowl. 3. Cover salad with mayonnaise mixture like you are frosting a | |
cake, (about 1” thick). |
4. Chill overnight.
5. Toss the next day, just before serving.
