CANDY-COCONUT MACAROONS

200 gm. | dessicated coconut |
2 | egg whites |
Whip egg whites to fluffy stage.
Whisk together the sugar and coconut.
-Slowly pour egg whites into the dry mix while whisking to incorporate completely.
Preheat oven to 180F.
Form small balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool completely before serving.
