    1/2 Tblsp.  butter
    1/4 c.  EACH celery and onion, chopped fine
      Salt to taste
      White pepper to taste
    2 Tblsp.  AP flour
    1 c.  Crab meat
    2 c.  whole milk, warmed
    1/4 tsp.  nutmeg
Melt the butter, add the vegetables and sauté' till slightly soft. Sprinkle in the flour and stir into a roux. Season with S&P and cook for a few seconds. Add the crab meat, stir and slowly, pour in the warm milk. Season a with a little more S&P and
      nutmeg

Bring to a slow bubble and serve.
