Pizza dough
    1 medium  onion, thinly sliced
    2 tsp.  olive oil
    1 tsp.  garlic
    8-10 C.  spinach leaves
    1 tsp.  lemon juice
    3  roma tomatoes, chopped
    1  red pepper, thinly sliced
    1 small can  artichoke hearts, about 2/3 cup?
    1 small can  sliced olives
      feta cheese
    1/2 C.  mozzarella
      oregano
      rosemary
      basil
      pepper

Roll the dough out on a large oiled pan (jellyroll size). Pre-bake the dough at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Saute onion in olive oil. Add garlic, salt and pepper after 4-5 minutes. Transfer to bowl.

Heat a little more oil in the pan and wilt the spinach with a little more garlic. When spinach is wilted but still bright green (about 1 minute), put it in a strainer to cool. Squeeze out excess moisture, then coarsely chop it and toss with lemon juice.

Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic. Layer onions, spinach, tomatoes, red pepper, artichoke hearts, olives, feta, mozzarella and sprinkle with spices.

Bake pizza at 500 degrees 12 minutes or until cheese is melty and brownish.
