      Boiled eggs,, (how to make)
      Eggs, room temperature,, (any amt.)

Sauce pot, size to accommodate a single layer of eggs. (DO NOT DO MORE THAN A SINGLE LAYER)

Place eggs into a sauce pot. Cover with water to 1 inch higher than eggs.
Add 1/2tsp. salt and a splash of vinegar to water.(to make peeling easier)
Bring pot to a boil, cover, remove from heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Drain the hot water.
Rinse and peel under cold, running water.
