Zip close bags for storage Mix together and store in a zip close bag, either in the pantry or refrigerator until use. This is enough mix for one batch. Go ahead and mix several bags and store for future use.
    2 tsp.  baking powder
    3/4 c.  AP flour
    3/4 c.  yellow cornmeal
    1/4 c.  powdered milk
    1/2 tsp.  salt
    1/4 c.  sugar
When you are ready to make cornbread, simply add egg, water and butter to a bag of mix and squeeze to mix. Pour batter into a greased cast iron skillet or cupcake tin and bake.
    1  egg
    3/4 c.  water
    2 Tblsp.  melted butter

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Bake 15-20 minutes.
