Cookie and Candy Bark

12 oz | semi sweet chocolate |
3 ounces | Oreo thin crisps, coarsely crumbled |
3 candy canes, coarsely crushed
Line a baking sheet with foil. Melt chocolate in microwave on high, stirring every 10-15 seconds.
Stir in 1 c of cookies. Spread onto pan to 1/4 " thickness. Sprinkle with candy canes and remaining cookies.
Refrigerate until firm, about 45 minutes. Cut into uneven pieces. Store in refrigerator
