Kiwifruit Lemonade

• Ingredients
o 12 kiwifruit
o 2 cups sugar
o 1 ½ cup lemon juice
o 2 liters carbonated (club) soda, chilled
• Directions
o Peel kiwifruit. Place in a blender; blend until smooth.
o In a large pitcher combine sugar and lemon juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in strained kiwifruit. Cover and chill. To serve, slowly pour chilled carbonated water into mixture and stir.
