Corn Salsa

½ cup | cilantro, chopped |
2 small | jalapenos, seeded and chopped |
3 Tbsp | fresh lime juice |
3 Tbsp | cider vinegar |

Stir together all ingredients. Chill, covered, until ready to serve. (Makes 6 cups.)
