3½ cups | fresh corn kernels |
1/3 cup | chopped shallots |
1 Tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | minced garlic |
¼ cup | fresh basil leaves, chopped |
1. COOK corn kernels and shallots in butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer.
2. TRANSFER to serving bowl and stir in basil leaves. Season to taste. (Makes 3½ cups.)
