Nut free granola bars

4 cups | rolled oats |
1/4-1/2 cup | brown sugar |
3 cups | water |
1/2 cup | oil |
1 tsp | salt |
3/4 cup | coconut flakes |
Soak oats in water night before.
In morning add salt, sugar, oil, coconut. Pour into cookie sheet making 1/2 inch thick.
350 for 15 minutes. Cut into bars, flip, bake 5 more minutes.
