Zucchini Bread

| 2 C | shredded zucchini |
| 3 C | flour |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 3/4 tsp | nutmeg |
| 3 tsp | cinnamon |
| 2 C | sugar |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1 C | walnuts |
Shred and drain zucchini.
Mix flour, soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add zucchini and nuts. 2 loaves. 350* for 1 hour.
