POPSICLES - Peaches and Cream Popsicles

Peaches and Cream Popsicles 8-10 popsicles Ingredients Peaches: | |
1/4 cup | water |
1/4 cup | Granulated Sugar |
2 cups | ripe peaches, cut into slices |
1/4 teaspoon | cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | pure vanilla extract |
Cream: | |
1 cup | vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup | milk |
1 tablespoon | Granulated Sugar |
Directions
1. In a saute pan over medium heat, stir water and granulated sugar together until sugar has dissolved.
2. Add diced peaches, cinnamon and vanilla to pan with sugar/water mixture and cook until mixture boils and thickens and peaches become soft (pierced easily). Remove from heat, mash half of peaches with a fork to break them up and set aside to cool.
3. In a separate bowl, add yogurt, milk and sugar and whisk together.
4. Add peaches to yogurt mixture and carefully swirl mixture.
5. Add filling to your popsicle molds and freeze.
