1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
1 tsp | cumin seeds |
1 tsp | minced fresh garlic |
1 tsp | grated fresh Ginger |
2 medium | potatoes, peeled & cubed |
1/2 tsp | ground turmeric |
1/2 tsp | paprika |
1 tsp | ground cumin |
1/2 tsp | garam masala |
Salt | |
One pound | fresh cauliflower |
Handful chopped cilantro
Heat oil in large skillet. Add cumin seeds, garlic and Ginger and cook for a few minutes. Add potatoes to skillet along with turmeric, paprika, ground cumin, garam masala, and salt. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cauliflower and 1/4 cup of water to skillet and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or so, until vegetables are tender. Add fresh cilantro to garnish.
